International scientific-practical conference “Achievements and Perspectives of Specialized Medical Care to Children (Uzbek model)”

On November 24-25, 2015 there will be conducted the

INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL CONFERENCE

“ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERSPECTIVES OF SPECIALIZED MEDICAL CARE TO CHILDREN (UZBEK MODEL)”

The conference will be conducted in the framework of realization of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № 2221 as of August 1, 2014 “About the Governmental program on further strengthening of reproductive health of population, protection of maternal, child and teenagers health in Uzbekistan for the period of 2014-2018”, as well as “Reproductive health/protection of motherhood and childhood” program in the framework of financial collaboration between the Government of German Federal Republic and the Republic of Uzbekistan.

DIRECTIONS OF THE CONFERENCE

1. Issues of organization and management of specialized pediatric service.

· Realization of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № 2221 as of August 1, 2014 года “About the Governmental program on further strengthening of reproductive health of population, protection of maternal, child and teenagers health in Uzbekistan for the period of 2014-2018”

· Modern aspects of reforming of healthcare system;

· Realization of programs in the sphere of specialized pediatric care in Uzbekistan and other countries;

· Training of personnel: problems and ways of solution.

· Information-computer technologies and public health.

2. Modern technologies in diagnostics, treatment and prevention of childhood diseases.

3. Treatment-diagnostic technologies in providing surgical care to children.

4. Priority directions in providing intensive and resuscitation care to newborns and children.

Opportunities and significance of laboratory-instrumental diagnostics at present stage:

  • Clinical biochemistry;
  • Clinical immunology;

· Medical and laboratory genetics;

· Screening of mother and child;

  • Audiologic screening;

· Perspective of pediatric radiology in improving the quality of pediatric care;

· Reference laboratory, as an instrument for evaluation of the quality of studies in specialized pediatric clinics

5. Issues of protection of reproductive health.

Shape of participation at the conference: Participation with presentation, participation without presentation, publications in the materials of the congress, poster presentation.

In the framework of the conference there is planned conducting of satellite conferences and master-classes with participation of leading scientists and specialists from abroad and from Uzbekistan.

TOPIS OF THE SATELLITE CONFERENCES AND MASTER-CLASSES

Management and administration at pediatric multi-profile medical centers;

Hi-technology methods of diagnostics and treatment in pediatrics;

Resuscitation and intensive treatment of newborns and children;

Minimally-invasive surgery in pediatrics (with conducting surgeries);

Opportunities of pediatric radiology;

National reference-laboratory: high diagnostic standards, quality control, scientific research.

EXECUTION OF THE MATERIALS (articles, theses)

Requirements to articles design:

The articles will be published at the Pediatrics magazine, it is necessary to design the articles in line with the requirements of the Pediatrics magazine. Publication of the articles is free of charge.

Requirements to design of theses:

The volume of the theses has to be no more than 1 page ,format А4, fields: top and below – by 2cm, left field — 3 cm, right field – 1 cm, indent – 1 cm; script: Times New Roman, 12 pt., with 1 interval, without tables and pictures. The first line – title of the work with capital letters in bold script, centered, lower – surname and initials of authors in lower case letters, centered. There is not allowed to use acronyms in the title of theses. The content of the theses has to reflect: introduction, aim, methods of study, results obtained, and conclusions. The file name is shaped in line with the following rule: surname and initials of the first author and the No. of the work. Example: Adylova M.M. 1; Adylova M.M. 2. The theses have to be sent in two copies both in hard and electronic copy (the second copy has to contain signatures of authors, phone numbers and emails for communication purposes).

Deadline for submission of the theses — August 1, 2015. Publication of the theses is free of charge.

The theses can be provided in Uzbek, English and Russian languages.

Your requests and proposals on participation at the scientific program of the congress have to be sent before 10th of September, 2015.
